PLAGA is a London based clothing brand that makes clothing garments targetted around self-expression, often inspired by popular media sources like anime, manga & video games. The main goal with this website was restablish the brands digital positioning from a website that started off difficult to manage and an irresponsive design that didn't effectively represent the brand to a final product that looks & feels good with a working Shopify & CMS integration to make products easy to manage.

Project Breakdown

Transitioning the previous website from Readymag to Framer was a key objective alongside redesigning and repositioning the way that the brand was appearing online. Several issues that PLAGA was facing with their previous digital presence was the lack of responsive features through the website, time consuming product management with layouts and visuals that were inconsistent and non resonant to Oli himself. The addition of a blog was also important to convey important details about drops, shipping and a personal outlet/space where the owner can share their thoughts and sneak peaks of new clothing pieces.

After closely working together to achieve the desired final outcome, we had a project that looked and felt like what PLAGA was visioned to be with a functioning CMS + Ecommerce integrated into the website, allowing for easy product management. The website now also scales responsively to the screen size, which is a standard for any website in todays world. PLAGA now has a website that is resonant with the brand and visual style, appealing to his target audience.
